Delivery and Pickup
Normal delivery hours are Monday - Friday 8:00 am - 5:00 pm and Saturday from 8:00 am - Noon.
Setup and Breakdown
Installation and breakdown of your event is included with your package.

For event emergencies, during non-business hours, please call 970 846 0323 and leave a detailed message concerning your order. An event specialist will return your call promptly.

Obtaining Permits
Fire permits are required by the Steamboat Springs City and the Rural Fire District.
When a permit is needed the following items are required: |

A scale rendering of the site plan, showing the location of proposed tents, adjacent structures, set backs from property lines and streets.

Copy of a Certificate of Flame Resistance, provided by PartySmart.
|
|
Copy of a Special Event Permit, which must be applied for by the client.
